Bias Maintenance Technician Position Available
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Bias Maintenance Technician in the Kettering area.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, attending and resolving breakdowns, and collaborating with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Attend and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct diagnostics on electrical systems.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- HNC or NVQ Level 3 or above in an engineering discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
