Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Titchfield. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision and management of the service, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality support and care.

Your duties will include:

  • Allocating shifts and supervising staff
  • Booking training and development opportunities
  • Inducting new colleagues and supporting their integration into the team
  • Supporting with supervision and medication management
  • Ensuring residents' financial independence and well-being

You will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service, contributing to a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, preferably working with individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality support and care
