About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Respiratory Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Respiratory Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert respiratory care to patients with complex ventilation requirements
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of respiratory care policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Person-centred ethos with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care
  • Ability to motivate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Desire to expand professional development and support organisational change
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in patient care
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage time and workload effectively
