Willing Care is seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Staff Nurse (RGN/Registered General Nurse) to join our team. As a specialist in respiratory care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions. Your expertise will be invaluable in our client's growing Nursing team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
* Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as needed
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
* Active NMC PIN
* Experience in a respiratory setting or ICU/HDU setting
* Critical Care Course or Advanced Respiratory High Dependency Course
* Clear DBS
