Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant at a friendly and welcoming Special Needs School near Abingdon.

About the Role

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a small class of students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and complex needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and care to students
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility support
  • Supporting students with different forms of learning, including cooking, swimming, sensory play, and physical activities
Requirements
