Kingston Maurward College is seeking a highly experienced equestrian to join our team as an Equestrian Facility Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the yard, ensuring the fitness of horses and ponies, and supervising and instructing students in practical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BHS Stage 2 Teach qualification or similar, along with a level 3 Equine management qualification or equivalent. They should also be able to train and produce horses to the highest standard.

This is a permanent position, working 19 hours per week over 2 days on a rota basis, including one weekend day. Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
