Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Claims and Compliance Lawyer to join our client's Litigation Team.
About the Role:We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE to handle a variety of legal tasks, including analysing loan agreements, mortgages, personal guarantees, debentures, and other security forms.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Commercial Law, Property, or Banking & Finance dispute resolution and be able to adapt to changing legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and advise on matters of dispute, including financial services regulation, risk, and legal opinions.
- Stay updated with legal changes and independently research relevant law as required.
- Draft settlement agreements, consent orders, and other legal documents.
- Oversee contested possession claims and brief counsel when necessary.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Significant experience in Commercial Law, Property, or Banking & Finance dispute resolution.
- Adaptability and agility in handling a variety of legal tasks.
