**Customer Service Advisor - with Opportunity for Promotion**

**Location: Chilton, Thame (hybrid working available upon completion of training)**

**Salary: £23,000-£26,000**

**Hours**:Full Time - Monday To Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities/activities
- Introduce Financial Services to both new and existing clients
- Take responsibility for own sales metrics
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and achieve product licenses within agreed timeframes
- Administer client instructions to meet compliance standards including processing and dispatch of documentation within required timeframes and quality standards
- Deal with insurance claims within authority levels and in accordance with claims standards
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally
