About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team at The Simple Pharma Group.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness of our prescription medicines, particularly in the men's health sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing content marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Managing our digital platforms, including websites and social media, to enhance engagement and traffic.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Country Managers to deliver impactful marketing activities that drive growth in key markets.
  • Tracking and analysing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Providing support for global events and promotional activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
  • A proven track record in planning and executing compelling campaign content.
  • A genuine passion for expanding a men's health platform.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000-£45,000 based on experience, comprehensive private medical and dental insurance, and a range of benefits including flexible working, paid study leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
