Job Title: Consultant, Client Services

As a talented Clinique Consultant, you will be passionate about beauty to create an exceptional customer experience, making your client feel valued, respected, connected, and confident while selling our market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Understand your client's skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend custom-fit routines
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with the dynamic team to ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each customer

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial
