Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued, respected, and confident in their beauty choices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market-leading products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance, to make informed recommendations and create custom-fit routines for clients.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring that the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work variable shifts and meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
