About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market-leading products and be able to confidently recommend custom-fit routines to meet our clients' skin and makeup goals.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail industry experience is beneficial, but not required.
