This is a strategic role where you will oversee an extensive business space portfolio of approximately 50 buildings across the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a commercial facilities management team of regional facilities managers across a national portfolio, ensuring effective communication and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio, focusing on hard services and technical projects.
  • Provide maintenance and engineering strategies to align with the company-wide environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and operational delivery with the Praxis business plan, in coordination with asset managers.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain an on-site presence and support regional facilities managers to ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience and success in a similar role.
  • Experience managing a substantial team across a multi-site operation, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Technical qualifications or expertise.
