Surrey is seeking an experienced Social Worker to take on the challenge of a Team Manager role. As a Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to nurture and grow your own team of social workers and practitioners using a motivational interviewing approach.



The salary range for this position is £52,942 - £57,125 per annum, with the option to receive a financial package of up to £6,000 payable in three instalments over the first 18 months in post.

The role will involve working with residents in the community, as well as supporting agile working with a combination of home and office working. Surrey is keen to get the balance right between providing flexibility and ensuring team members feel connected.
