Cranstoun, a leading charity in the field of alcohol and drug treatment, is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Substance Use Support Specialists to join our team in Worcestershire.

We provide a comprehensive range of services for individuals affected by substance use, with a focus on empowerment, support, and rehabilitation. Our expert staff work tirelessly to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can access the help they need.

As a Substance Use Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients, including assessment, case management, harm reduction interventions, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of new initiatives to improve outcomes for our clients.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. You should have a strong understanding of substance use issues and be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage your time effectively.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. All post holders may be required to work some evenings to meet service delivery requirements. Please note that all posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
