Job Overview: Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to support the growth and success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of unionised environments and experience in managing complex TUPE processes. A commercially focused individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to drive business outcomes through people planning and talent management.

This role involves partnering senior stakeholders, designing localised people plans, managing employee relations cases, and engaging with the wider HR function to drive collaboration and cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives
  • Designing and implementing localised people plans for business units
  • Managing complex TUPE processes and employee relations cases
  • Driving engagement with workforce planning processes and talent cycles
  • Traveling to national sites to support senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HRBP roles, preferably in unionised environments
  • Strong knowledge of TUPE processes and employee relations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive business outcomes through people planning and talent management
  • Ability to travel nationally
