As a Restaurant Team Lead at Whitbread, you will play a pivotal role in the daily success and running of our restaurant. Your primary focus will be on creating a winning team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
  • Driving high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
  • Having an eye for detail, high standards, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Showing passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
