Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer sales forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Trading and Customer teams to ensure key marketing channels meet assigned targets.
- Develop and deliver project plans for upcoming trading periods and seasonal moments.
- Coordinate the transformation of Ocado delivery propositions, managing project plans, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Line manage junior team members, providing training and development opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or growth businesses, ideally in a customer-centric and/or strategic function.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly numerate, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
