Job Description

As a Compassionate Response Worker - Glasgow, you will be responsible for responding to referrals into the service, providing a quick and effective response to individuals in distress. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that individuals receive the support they need, and contribute to the development of systems to manage risk to self, others, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a quick and effective response to individuals referred to the service
  2. Help alleviate feelings of distress through compassionate listening and providing appropriate coping strategies
  3. Contribute to the development of systems to manage risk to self, others, and team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to providing compassionate care is essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and generous annual leave.
