Advanced Care Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Care Practitioner to join our Women's and Children's Clinical Management Group. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver expert nursing care to Gynaecology patients.
Main Responsibilities:- Work autonomously in the planning and delivery of care to Gynaecology patients
- Liaise with community GPs, district nursing teams, and community palliative care to offer expert advice and support care planning
- Develop and implement service development, audit, research, and professional development opportunities within the four pillars of advanced clinical practice
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, midwifery, and allied healthcare professionals to undertake advanced roles and responsibilities traditionally the remit of medical staff
- 4 years working within Gynaecology specialty
- NMC training and assessment course or equivalent
- Educated to degree level
- Highly developed communication skills
- Evidence of autonomous practice
£43,742 to £50,056 a year plus enhancements where worked
