Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our client's evolving Compliance Team at The Portfolio Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing compliance-related issues, including risk assessment, pattern identification, and internal audits. You will also implement compliance measures to ensure adherence to internal sales quality guidelines and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Analyze the sales process to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal quality guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Assess sales calls and teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Compliance Investigations: Conduct investigations and identify recurring themes and trends.
  • Procedure Development: Design, implement, and enhance compliance procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and implement compliance controls, including spot checks of sales-related processes.
  • Education and Engagement: Develop and deliver an education and engagement program through training and communication with senior management.
