About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, working closely with our team of established Recruitment Consultants, and supporting the overall running of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with clients and candidates, acting as the first point of contact for our candidates
  • Work closely with our team of established Recruitment Consultants to source and place candidates
  • Interview candidates both face-to-face and via our online video platform
  • Support with the supply of candidates for both specialist roles and volume campaigns on behalf of our clients
  • Work to time-sensitive deadlines to meet client and candidate needs
  • Write job adverts and deal with responses on a daily basis
  • Develop the skills and ability to source candidates through various methods
  • Manage and maintain a database of candidates, ensuring candidates are contacted about relevant and suitable roles
  • Support the team with any internal audits relating to Reference Checks, Right to Work documents, and Candidate Packs
  • Proactively source for new business and existing business leads to be passed to the Recruitment Consultants
