Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Flair for Recruitment. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage active calendars to ensure seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files based on established office protocols.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to colleagues as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
