About the Role
">You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emergencies, and monitoring alarms. This requires excellent telephone manner, customer service skills, and a good level of keyboard skills.
As a team player, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and patient care. A GCSE grade C or above in English is required, and IT knowledge to operate PC-based software systems is also necessary.
