Job Title: Right to Buy Lawyer

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced RTB lawyer who will be responsible for handling predominantly Right to Buy files. The successful candidate will work in a 37-hour week and have the opportunity to take advantage of flexible working arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Applicants must have experience as a lawyer specializing in Right to Buy cases, good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and strong communication skills.

Benefits: We offer a generous leave package consisting of 28 days (plus Bank Holidays) upon joining the authority which rises to 33 days (plus Bank Holidays) after 5 years of service.
