About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Legal and Regulatory Leadership in a 2:1 ratio.

This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational and time management skills, as well as superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide administrative and organisational support
  • Proactively anticipate and manage the executive's needs
  • Manage a complex calendar of meetings, events, and travel
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and communications
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor, review, and respond to emails and other inquiries
  • Track and manage project deadlines and milestones
  • Create reports, documents, and presentations
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar position within a multi-functional business
  • Board level experience would be valuable
  • Experience of working for/supporting multiple managers
  • Experience working with external stakeholders
  • Legal and regulatory experience would be a preference, but not essential
  • Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative
  • Experience with internal and external communications
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in proof reading of high-level presentations and documents
  • Highly competent in use of Microsoft tools
