Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Thinking Search. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to key stakeholders and perform a range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Diary Management: Utilize Outlook to schedule meetings and manage diaries.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation.
  • Filing and Data Management: Maintain a filing system and keep the database up to date and accurate.
  • Events and Conferences: Support with events and conferences.
  • Expense Management: Process expenses and record financial information.
  • Stationery and Resources: Order stationery, business cards, and resources.

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience is essential. A professional but friendly culture with a strong employee retention rate.

What We Offer:

A salary of up to £25,000 and hybrid working.
