We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Safety Management Plan (SMP). This critical role involves managing the policy and procedures for the safety management of all Products, Systems, and Services (PSS) that pose a risk to individuals, property, or the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Safety Management System across the organization.
- Lead the development of Safety Cases for our PSS.
- Support the ongoing development and review of our safety performance, including identifying effective measures to drive the right behaviors and improve safety performance.
- Ensure that changes to PSS have undergone the required safety process and governance.
- Review and improve safety policies and processes, ensuring that stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.
