Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist Opportunity

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Children's Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation and development of children with disabilities.

About the Job:

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families, while developing your skills and expertise as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, conducting assessments, and implementing interventions to support children's daily living skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including assessments and care planning for children with disabilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop tailored care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to support children's development and independence

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • HCPC registration and membership
  • Experience working with disabled children and young people
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills, with ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • CAR driver with own vehicle access

Salary and Benefits:

£33 per hour, plus flexible working hours and full-time position with hybrid work arrangement (2 office days/week).
