About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Consultant to join our team at Synchronicity Group. As a key member of our DC division, you will provide expert advice to clients on Defined Contribution schemes, driving forward their growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Participating in new business pitches for DC consultancy work, showcasing your expertise and passion for the field.
  • Leading and supporting projects, including master trust reviews, GPP selection exercises, and advising on pension arrangement buy-outs and wind-ups.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing governance support through regular meetings and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Working closely with investment colleagues to provide investment advice to clients.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in the UK DC pension scheme advisory sector, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as PMI, FIA, FFA, or CFA, with several years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills.
