About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Expert to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As an Associate Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders within the business.
  • Develop and implement client action plans, ensuring timely and efficient project management.
  • Utilize your knowledge of pension practices to design and implement efficient processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Take ownership of data issues, advising on appropriate formatting and transfer of data between parties.
  • Apply technical expertise to carry out client-specific calculations.
  • Produce and deliver clear, accurate internal and client correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Part-qualified or qualified Actuary with a strong mathematical background and ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Relevant pensions experience and industry knowledge.
  • A 2:1 or above degree in a numerate or semi-numerate subject.
  • Ability to deliver effective client service to multiple clients and a track record in relationship management.
