About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to support the team at our beautiful Modern Italian/British restaurant in West London. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities and Challenges:

You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, leading by example, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, or private members clubs.
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
