Our client, Mactech Energy Group, is seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Development Specialist to lead their desalination project at Sizewell C in Suffolk.

Competitive Salary: Based on experience and qualifications, the salary for this role will be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the development of a new desalination facility that aims to provide dependable electricity to 6 million households. With planning approval and government financing support secured, this project presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of the desalination plant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize water resources management
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities and regulatory bodies
