Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hott Source. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, setting clear objectives and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including design, production, and installation
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or print environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
