We are seeking two Behaviour Mentors to join our team at Empowering Learning, a dynamic and caring alternative provision for students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

About the Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with a dedicated team of staff to provide support and guidance to students who require additional help to manage their behaviour and emotions. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing behaviour plans to support students with complex needs
  • Providing one-to-one and group mentoring sessions to promote social and emotional learning
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
