About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with our experienced staff to support students aged 11-16 who require additional guidance and support to overcome their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students with complex behaviours and needs
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Support students in developing social and emotional skills
