Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Optimise landing pages, website content, and user journeys to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes based on data-driven insights.
- Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and multivariate tests to determine the most effective strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align conversion strategies with lead generation efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on conversion metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CRO efforts.
- Proven experience as a CRO Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
