As a Planning Coordinator, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, updating, and communicating production plans in a timely manner.
  • Providing support on planning raw material movement between Avara sites.
  • Assisting production schedulers with administrative tasks.
  • Deputising for Production Planner.
  • Providing holiday cover for different roles within the planning department.
  • Reviewing stocks of finished goods and comparing against upcoming orders.
  • Short-term material management and utilisation.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of business requirements and ability to be flexible around site operations.
  • Logical thinking with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Ability to maintain and update Excel spreadsheets.
  • Good IT standards and basic knowledge of MS package.
