The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND and a proven track record of delivering successful results.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective lesson plans, using a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience working with children with SEND.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of diverse learning needs and the ability to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Be able to create innovative and engaging lesson plans, using fresh ideas and teaching methods to motivate and engage students.
