Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineering Director to join our team at LM Wind Power / GE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring that all engineering activities are executed in accordance with our company's standards and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet our company's quality standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing technical information and updates on project progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
