Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Large & Complex Full Turnkey AC Systems on-shore and/or off-shore project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to commissioning, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of project managers and other functions (Engineering, Project Cost Control, Finance, EHS, Quality, Construction & Contracts Management) to drive and control project activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets customer specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Understand and demonstrate financial management for the benefit of the company, including financial reporting and systems.
  • Scope Management: Manage the overall scope of the project, including overseeing the scope of each participating entity.
  • Time Management: Ensure all project activities are completed on time, including proactive claim management.
  • Tender Validation: Validate delivery models, commitments, risks, and opportunities of tenders.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of leading high-value Turnkey Projects, with the ability to influence others and lead large teams.
  • International Environment: Experience of managing projects in an international environment, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and high project local content.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
