Job Description
As a Project Engineering Leader, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects. You will be responsible for leading the engineering activities of the project, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue consolidation of provisional drawing lists, integrating submission dates
- Manage global time schedules of engineering activities, ensuring coherence with other project functions
- Plan and manage delivery times of technical interfaces, including exchange interface sheets with partners and customers
- Ensure on-time delivery of design to stakeholders, including Partner documents
- Support Project Engineering Director and Project I&I manager in engineering change management for large and complex projects
- Follow the engineering budget, identifying potential savings and highlighting instances requiring additional budget
- Participate in project multidisciplinary design reviews, ensuring compliance with EMH procedures and project strategy
- Manage scope or design changes, preparing related claims and VO for approval
- Analyze customer technical requirements, prepare clause-by-clause analysis, and ensure compliance with Customer requirements
- Represent customer interests in design decisions, as requested by the Project Manager
- Ensure effective management of return status of project documentation, internal or external
Requirements
- Successful experience in project technical management in a multi-disciplinary team context, including multiple interfaces and products from several countries
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of GIS systems is beneficial
