Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Omni. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment processes
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview schedules
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
