Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Hourglass Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Chorley. As a key member of the Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team (RAIST), you will play a vital role in providing mental health assessments and support to children and young people aged 0-18 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including enhanced risk assessments, care planning, and safety planning.
  2. Provide intensive support to service users over a 2-week period, both in community and ward settings.
  3. Support and guide junior staff to ensure a high standard of care is maintained across the team.
  4. Enjoy flexible working hours, with the option of 12-hour shifts or traditional 9-5 working days.
  5. Umbrella Rate: £35.67 per hour
  6. Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with mental health experience.
  2. Proven experience in working with children and young people in mental health settings.
