Job Title: Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Join OVO Energy, a leading utilities business, in a challenging and rewarding role as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. As a key member of our Customer Balances team, you will be responsible for the effective management of key debt prevention strategies, processes, analytics, and MI which underpin the Collections operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform credit risk and collections strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and analytics to support decision-making
  • Design and build data pipelines for data integration and visualization
  • Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a similar data or analytical role
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data services such as Google Cloud Platform
  • Ability to build and present meaningful data visualizations
  • Statistical knowledge including sampling, significance, hypothesis testing, and basic probability theory
  • Experience programming for analytics such as in Python or R
