We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Practitioner. This role will involve delivering quality customer nursing and support services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver nursing and support services in line with our Clinical Governance Framework and Northcott Values.
- Promote improvement in quality of life and foster independence for people with disabilities.
- Support individuals with a range of functional abilities and complex needs.
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
