**Job Opportunity:** Clinical Advisor Training

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across various sites, collaborating with healthcare professionals, public health experts, and other stakeholders to drive innovative programs and interventions. As the BBV Regional Lead, you will be at the forefront of public health innovation, driving change and making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals affected by blood-borne viruses.

About Our Organisation:
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides comprehensive healthcare services to communities and secure environment settings. Our services encompass community healthcare, care for people with learning disabilities, and mental health care, including psychiatry, nursing, and therapies.
We employ a diverse workforce of 4,300 members of staff, working in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, prisons, secure hospitals, children's centres, schools, and people's homes. We operate multiple hospital sites, including Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, and Memorial Hospital, Woolwich, as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit for people with mental health needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with teams at all sites as a specialist clinician to optimize BBV screening and linkage to care.
- Oversee any pathway optimization requirements with support from Devon and Dorset BBV lead in accordance with Oxleas prison BBV policy.
- Provide expert training to multidisciplinary teams in BBV awareness and management.
- Implement strategies to optimize health promotion/improvement and disease prevention.
- Analyze and present progress data using S1 to relevant parties, such as Gilead Sciences, NHSE, and ODNs.
- Utilize project management skills to design and execute targeted testing/public health/health promotion events when applicable.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN)
- NMC Registration
**Experience and Skills:**
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience - preferably in a prison setting
- Involvement in health promotion activities
- Working knowledge of treatment pathways and best practices in caring for those living with BBVs
**Compensation:** £45,000 - £55,000 per year, based on experience
