  • As an experienced public health engineer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-profile projects, working closely with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from aviation and healthcare to defence sectors, and contribute to the development of new and exciting technologies.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability, net zero carbon, digital design, modern methods of construction, and smart systems, and can incorporate these philosophies into their work.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Our Bristol office is located near Bristol Temple Meads Train Station, offering easy commuting options, and access to the city centre within a 10-minute walk.

">Key Requirements">
  • Relevant experience in UK public health building services design, including standards, codes, and regulations at Senior level.
  • Able to apply technical judgment and resourcefulness to feasibility studies, concept, scheme, and detailed design phases of projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to represent WSP to clients and manage the technical, cost, and programme elements of project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building water services design, sanitary drainage design, surface water drainage design, fire suppression systems design, gas services design, and medical gas systems design.
