About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & BI Consultant to join our dynamic team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients harness the power of their data to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data needs.
  • Provide strategic advice on data management, analytics, and business intelligence to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct data assessments and identify opportunities to enhance data utilisation, governance, and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to elevate clients' data literacy and enable self-service analytics.
Technical Requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to client needs.
  • Create visually compelling and actionable data visualisations that empower clients to make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement best practices in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and report performance optimisation.
  • Support SD staff in using Power BI effectively, enabling them to derive maximum value from data.
Desirable Skills
  • Utilise SQL Server and Azure Synapse to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all client-facing analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimise the data architecture that support robust BI solutions.
  • Leverage Azure Data Fabric for advanced data integration and orchestration when applicable.
Requirements
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven experience in a data consulting role, with a strong ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex data concepts to a broad audience.
