About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our partnership management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Identify and build new relationships with strategic partners, with the objective of agreeing areas of mutual beneficial value amongst potential partners.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the analysis of performance data from various sources and the creation of executive level reports.
  • Contract Management: Manage ongoing contract management activities throughout its lifecycle, including variations, amendments, price adjustments and management of contract change notices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Co-ordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships and guide decisions based on commercial contact insights.
  • Business Improvement: Implement ways to improve working processes within the area of partnership management.
Requirements
  • Commercial Expertise: Ability to interpret commercial constructs, understand their bottom and top line impact and successfully negotiate savings.
  • Data Analysis: Use data to substantiate recommendations and influence decision making.
  • Business Acumen: Collaborated with multiple stakeholders with across different areas of the business to identify opportunities to generate value.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build credible relationships underpinned by data and trust.
